just say no

Since everybody is doing it (and I succomb to peer pressure very easily), I am jumping on the bandwagon and playing this memory tag. Here are the instructions:
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

You are such a memorable gal, but a treasured memory I have of you was when you told us how you would be marrying your high school sweetheart and I thought, this girl is young but she is so with it. I could just tell you were so in love for all the right reasons and I was so excited you were getting married.

Then when I found out you were having a baby I thought what a lucky baby to be born to such amazing parents in a home full of love.

Wow... well, there are really TOO many to even come close to mentioning them all on here. However, one that I think is pretty dang funny is good old New Years Eve part"ay" at Mr. Frogley's pad. Oh boy... run forest RUN! 10,000 tears.. eco-system, the scary house at the top of your street, MSN??, one week before the mission at like 2 in the morning after the "break up", the triangle, those little wish-ka-bibble things... what were they called?, the motorhome... and best of all, you and your hubby hookin' up town. We all knew it was going to happen! ha ha Man... I had better stop before this get's out of control.

Liz, you don't have to post a memory about me, but I just saw that you won Kim's contest for a free photography session and I am so excited for you. Kim is awesome, I have known her since high school, and she has taken our pictures before. We actually have her scheduled to take our Bird Family pics next month. So excited for you!

I remember being really jealous that you got married!
This is really random, but I had this skirt (and still do) from Old navy, and you told me you liked it too and were waiting for it to go on sale. Every time I wear it I think of you! Did you ever get it???

Remember Joseph Smith, FM 100, Dell, & WWJD? Well, I remember a certain incident concerning the usual B4 rounds in which we unfortunately saw one of the former a little less than scantily clad. That was embarrassing.

i remember one day when you gave me a ride and we got to my house and just chilled in the parking lot for forever and talked and talked about the stresses of attending byu as a very independent woman. we went off about womens rights and we talked about how it would be hard to have babies and try to balance things out. it was great...i love you liz!!

What a fun post! Lets see where to start... How about ninth grade when we really wanted to invite a certian boy to the movies but we couldn't decide who had to be the brave one and call him! Then we will jump ahead to a few years later to midnight DBPings, the five and rope bracelets, and the real "glass" act! Just to mention a few!

I remember being in my Romanian prep class in the basement of the Benson building taught by you and Amy. Somehow the topic was brought to embarrassing moments and you told the most embarrassing moment!!! I won't specify in case you don't want all your blog readers to hear it, but I'm pretty sure you'll remember the one (it has to do with you making a skirt at your young womens leader's home). You had us all laughing so hard we all almost peed our pants. I also have many more memories from that class, but I thought this one might bring a smile to your face. :)

Some of my first memories with you were in 9th grade seminary and I remember thinking "wow- that girl really knows her stuff!" (I doubt you even remember I was in your class...) Anyway later in highschool there were many more good times- girls nights, lake powell, hanging out and doing other random stuff with all our friends, and of course having you as a our 3rd roomate at USU!

i remember how nervous i was to finally meet you when you got home from romania. people talked you up quite a bit. but as intimidatingly beautiful, intelligent, personable, and insightful as you are, i got comfy with you pretty quick.

one memory i have of you is at your wedding reception. you threw your bouquet, and a little girl was crying because she didn't get it. you comforted her. it was cute.
